At Pet Accessories, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at support@petaccessories.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label, if applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items, including personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
