At Pet Accessories, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same product. Please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the exchange process.

How to Initiate an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at support@petaccessories.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the item(s) you wish to exchange.

  • Our team will guide you through the next steps and, if applicable, provide a return shipping label.

Shipping

  • If you are returning an item for reasons other than defects or damage, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • For exchanges due to defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
